Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups fresh mango chunks
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
Instructions
- For Strawberry Popsicles: Blend strawberries, orange juice, and honey until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- For Mango Lime Popsicles: Blend mango chunks, coconut water, and lime juice until smooth. Pour into molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- For Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles: Blend blueberries, yogurt, and agave syrup until smooth. Pour into molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles before removing.
Notes
Use fresh or frozen fruit depending on availability. Adjust sweetness to taste. For creamier popsicles, add yogurt or coconut milk.
