Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups fresh mango chunks
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup

Instructions

  1. For Strawberry Popsicles: Blend strawberries, orange juice, and honey until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  2. For Mango Lime Popsicles: Blend mango chunks, coconut water, and lime juice until smooth. Pour into molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  3. For Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles: Blend blueberries, yogurt, and agave syrup until smooth. Pour into molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles before removing.

Notes

Use fresh or frozen fruit depending on availability. Adjust sweetness to taste. For creamier popsicles, add yogurt or coconut milk.
