A quick and easy kid-friendly fruit punch made with natural fruit juices and sparkling water, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (480 ml) orange juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)
  • 2 cups (480 ml) pineapple juice
  • 1 cup (240 ml) apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 3 cups (720 ml) sparkling water, chilled
  • 1 cup (150 grams) mixed fruit chunks (strawberries, kiwi, orange slices, grapes)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut mixed fruit chunks into bite-sized pieces. Halve or quarter strawberries and peel and section orange slices.
  2. Squeeze fresh orange and lemon juice into a large pitcher or bowl. Measure about 2 cups of orange juice and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  3. Add pineapple juice (2 cups) and apple juice (1 cup) to the citrus juices. Stir gently to blend all flavors.
  4. Toss in the mixed fruit pieces and stir gently to infuse the punch with extra flavor.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let flavors mingle.
  6. Just before serving, pour in chilled sparkling water (3 cups) and stir gently to keep the fizz.
  7. Add ice cubes or frozen berries to keep the punch cool.
  8. Optional: Taste the punch and if not sweet enough, stir in 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey or agave syrup until dissolved.
  9. Ladle the punch into glasses, ensuring each glass gets some fruit chunks. Garnish with a sprig of mint if desired.

Notes

Add sparkling water and ice just before serving to keep the fizz. Use fresh juices when possible for best flavor. Keep fruit chunks bite-sized for safety. Frozen berries can be used as colorful ice cubes. Adjust sweetness by adding honey or agave syrup if needed.
