A quick and easy frozen yogurt bark made with Greek yogurt, fresh berries, nuts, and chocolate chips. Perfect for a healthy kids snack that comes together in under 10 minutes of prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or sliced strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 12 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup crushed granola (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, extending slightly over the edges.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir gently until evenly combined.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle fresh berries, chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, and shredded coconut evenly over the yogurt. Gently press toppings into the yogurt.
  5. If using peanut butter, drizzle over the top and swirl with a knife.
  6. Freeze flat for at least 3-4 hours, or until completely firm.
  7. Lift the bark out using the parchment paper handles. Break into irregular pieces with a sharp knife or your hands.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Pat fruit dry to prevent ice crystals. Press toppings gently into yogurt to help them stick. Freeze flat to ensure even thickness. For best texture, use thick Greek yogurt. Bark can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
